Customer Service Representative
Reports to Snr Regional Sales Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the sales team in interfacing with customers
- Perform order entries, expedite and schedule shipments
- Interact closely with various department to achieve sales goal
- Handle telesales enquiries from customers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering / Business Studies
- ITE / 'A' or 'O' level with working experience can be considered
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
- Fresh graduate are welcome
Accounts and Admin Assistant
Reports to Snr Accountant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Accounts Receivable
- Follow up payments / invoices with customers
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports
- Handle Office Administrative Duties
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
- 1 year experience Accounts Receivables
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Meticulous, accurate and good follow-up skills
- Self motivated & independent
- Good communication skills
Buyers (Electronic Buyer & Electro-Mechanical Buyer)
Reports to Operational Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan for material requirements and process orders promptly so as to:
- Ensure timely delivery of parts for production
- Source for parts that meets both customers' specifications and cost objectives
- Monitor inventory movement so as to avoid overstocking and material exposure due to demand, engineering changes or end of product life
- Strive continuously for lower purchase cost and longer credit terms
- Handle some indirect materials purchase as assigned
- Attend to requests for quote as assigned promptly
- Review with suppliers on part quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are taken by suppliers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Purchasing & Material Management or Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing and buying of Electro-Mechanical and Mechanical products, memories and IC's
- Fresh graduates are welcome to join as trainee buyer
- Working experience in MNC contract manufacturing
- Familiar in use of MRP and other productivity tools
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to source widely and good networking amongst suppliers, distributors, especially in countries like Taiwan, China with aggressive pricing in memories and all semiconductors, mechanical parts
- Independent, resourceful and takes initiative to solve problems
