Advent Electronics At A Glance

Vision Statement:
To be a major IT supplier in Asia region in areas of semiconductor to system solution, reaching out to customers globally with the advent of internet, e-commerce and new technologies.

Company Structure:
A private joint-venture company with majority share by Singapore main-board SGX corporation called Lion Asiapac Ltd, which in turn is majority owned by one of the largest Malaysian conglomerate Lion Group with multi-billion $ turnover. The other partner is the Advent's Management Team.

Management Team:
Consists of veterans in the electronic industry with collective working experience in sales, marketing and manufacturing of above 140 manyears.

Operation:
Began business on 1st June 1999, and within the first year achieved S$17M (US$10M) sales turnover, with second year exceeding S$68M (US$40M). Maintained momentum in 3rd year July2001-June2002, notwithstanding it is a recession year, and on 4th year has exceeded S$100M (US$57M).
